We are looking for an administrative support professional for Security, Enviro H&S Department in Bohumil.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, trainings, and logistics
- Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
- Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
- Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
- Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
- Process expense reports, issue invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
Your Qualifications
- Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
- Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
- Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
- No technical background required
