We are looking for an administrative support professional for Security, Enviro H&S Department in Bohumil.


Your Tasks

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, trainings, and logistics
  • Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain both digital and physical filing systems.
  • Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
  • Monitor and order office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate maintenance for office equipment.
  • Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
  • Process expense reports, issue invoices, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets


Your Qualifications

  • Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
  • Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
  • Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
  • Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
  • No technical background required
