Office Administration
We are looking for an administrative support professional for a fast-track pharmaceutical
project in Bohumil.
Your Tasks
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, room bookings, and logistics
- Draft and manage correspondence; prepare agendas, notes/minutes
- Maintain the action tracker and follow up on actions
- Support document control and archiving; manage shared spaces in SharePoint and
- Teams
- Handle visitor/guest registration and general on-site coordination
- Coordinate small events or workshops (materials, attendance, logistics)
- Prepare simple reports and spreadsheets
Your Qualifications
- Very strong written and spoken skills in Czech and English
- Proven organizational skills; able to prioritize and multitask
- Solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with SharePoint and Microsoft Teams is an advantage
- Prior administrative/project support experience is an advantage
- No technical background required
