From the beginning, Trenkwalder has prided itself on the proximity of its operations so that it can support you in important decisions. In doing so, we respect the individuality of each partnership. In addition, with our ambitions we strive to develop dynamically in all directions. We are open and fair when making key decisions.

Our quality policy.
(World Employment Confederation-Europe, formerly CIEET) Trenkwalder's core values are aligned with the WECglobal standards, which is why we have been a member of this confederation of HR service providers since 2014.
WECglobal represents the interests of consultants internationally, helps members to carry out their activities in a legally regulated environment, enforces quality standards and takes action against fraudulent providers of these services. WECglobal's main objective is to contribute to the creation of an efficiently functioning labour market.
Within the country, we are active in the Association of Personnel Service Providers, known as APPS, which is a full member of WECglobal.
Green company
Our company has joined the Green Company project and allows its employees to hand in their end-of-life electrical equipment, batteries and accumulators free of charge. At the same time, we encourage them to behave in an environmentally friendly way without having to travel to a special collection point and to recycle the waste into reusable material.
Employees can simply deposit their end-of-life household electrical appliances and batteries in the collection box. The project also allows our company to collect and recycle large amounts of e-waste free of charge.
In 2020, we were certified as a socially responsible company as part of the Remobile Day Without a Mobile Phone collection campaign, in which we participated. As part of this campaign, we contributed to an environmental benefit, to the activities of the Ondrášek Mobile Hospice / Jedlička Institute for the Disabled and to the creation of a number of jobs for disabled and otherwise disadvantaged people.
As a company, we support any voluntary work and activity and are involved in charity projects. We participate in charity runs in the region to support a child in need. Company-wide, we have been involved in the Ježíškova vnoučata project for several years. Before Christmas we purchase charity potted Christmas trees which we give to internal staff and then plant together in the nursery. We organize collections for charity bazaars and shelters.
The year 2023 brought us a unique opportunity to hold our own charity event called "Andělská výzva", which involved both us and our clients. Throughout the month of September, we joined together in an effort to collect miles through walking and running. Together we achieved an astonishing 19,886 kilometres. This effort allowed us to subsequently provide financial support to the Dobrý Anděl charity.
